After the introductory meeting our work together will help to integrate a stuck emotion, re-enactment or memory attached to a collective crisis. It will involve the exploration of your story and may include hands-on-healing, dowsing, co-regulation with your nervous system, symbols – birds and animals – and the installation of colour.

If we decide to work together our first session will typically be I.5 hours and conducted in a quiet, private space. Often further sessions are needed. For each session I will dowse using the runes to work out the ‘best date’ to meet up.

A little about me. In my professional life, I worked as vocational rehabilitation counsellor, in Australia and the UK, for thirty-five years. In this time, I listened to hundreds of client stories to assess their needs and best path forward. To gain competence in energetic healing work I qualified as a shamanic practitioner. Since then, I have completed courses in sound healing, compassionate dispossession, shamanic counselling and an apprenticeship-type training in divination, healing and magic … I belong to a thriving community of healers and shamanic practitioners.
