Across the Atlantic: An Inherited Journey

Three names repeated through my family history: John Browne, John Browne and Thomas Browne. Their story began with the aftermath of the Battle of Sedgemoor in 1685 and a journey across the Atlantic. Nearly three centuries later, I found myself making a similar crossing after my own life collapsed. This is an exploration of ancestry, memory, survival patterns and the possibility that some journeys are waiting to be completed.
